Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
Account Registration – You may be required to create an account to access and use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Uploading or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.
Intellectual Property Rights – The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WiseOps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content without prior written permission from WiseOps.
Disclaimer of Warranty – The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. WiseOps does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. WiseOps disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability – In no event shall WiseOps be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if WiseOps has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with WiseOps is to stop using the Service.
Indemnification – You agree to indemnify and hold WiseOps, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Service
Service Modification – WiseOps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. WiseOps shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Account Closure and Data Transfer – WiseOps reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to be in violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property Protection – You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or take inspiration from the WiseOps product. All intellectual property rights belonging to WiseOps are fully protected.
Non-Compete – By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to a non-compete with WiseOps during your use of the Service and for the three years following the last day of your use under all plans including, free, paid and trials.
Price Changes – WiseOps reserves the right to raise prices for the Service upon providing a 30-day notice to users.
Feature Changes and Restrictions – WiseOps reserves the right to change, move, or restrict features from the current plan to new or existing plans.
Usage Tracking – WiseOps may track your usage of the Service through third-party tools for the purpose of understanding customers better, improving the Service, and providing a better user experience.
Cloud Account Access – By using the Service, you authorize WiseOps to access your organization cloud account. This authorization is granted solely for the intended purpose of generating recommendations for cloud optimisation and taking actions to optimize them. You further acknowledge and agree that WiseOps takes no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of your credentials or access.
Privacy Policy – By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed atWiseOps Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction – These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WiseOps regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
